Conversion Description

Insulated walls and ceiling. Kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, Electric pump sink with a 40L tank and a 2 gas hobs for cooking.
Under the kitchen is a Diesel heater, electric fuses, Victron controller and smart battery shunt with 2 x 100 amp lithium batteries.
There is a usb controller unit for the lights, Diesel heater, fridge and TV and Ariel.
I do have a dc to dc charger but I haven’t installed it. Also I have a 450 watt solar panel that I haven’t fitted but it currently has 2x 100 watt panels.
There’s a roof vent in the middle which I have fitted 2 usb cpu fans to keep airflow steady.
There’s a seating area which has a slide out dinner table from under the bed. Plenty for four people.
The double bed has a memory foam mattress and you can watch TV or DVDs. Also there’s light switches near the bed and 240 sockets for when you plug in at campsites.
There’s more plug sockets at the kitchen and also for the near the TV.
Under the bed is loads of storage either for dog or clothes and then in the back is a garage area for tools etc.
There’s over head storage along the drivers side and above the cabin for food and clothes.
This van is fully off grid.
I built my own German eco toilet as I didn’t want to use chemicals.
The floor is only 3 months old as I don’t like the pervious look. Looks very clean and no stains.
Outside could do with a good paint.
I’m
Selling due to no longer being able to afford keeping a flat and campervan. I was planning on living full time in this but after the MOT and spending £1500 on the repairs I can’t fund it anymore. It would make a great camper or permanent home. The engine runs well and drives great. It has 12 months MOT and just had a full service. All works completed at Wick Service station. Please contact me for proof of this.
