Nada Nook are Alistair & Jenny — a creative duo specialising in bespoke campervans designed for adventure, off-grid living and meaningful travel.

For the past seven years, we’ve designed and built bespoke campervans for clients, developing extensive hands-on experience across a huge range of vehicles, layouts, materials, electrical systems and individual briefs.

Today, alongside our own campervan conversions and projects, we’re beginning a new direction for Nada Nook: offering professional campervan build support and consultancy to people taking on their own projects.

We’re excited to make the experience we’ve built up through years of hands-on conversion work available to a wider audience — helping self-builders navigate the hundreds of decisions involved in creating a campervan, save time and avoid costly mistakes.

We create bespoke campervans that combine warm, carefully considered interiors with high-spec off-grid systems and practical layouts designed for real travel. Every build is handcrafted in-house with a strong focus on natural materials, timeless styling and thoughtful craftsmanship.

A New Direction — Professional Campervan Build Support

After seven years of designing and building bespoke campervans for clients, we’re excited to be taking Nada Nook in a new direction — sharing our experience with people who want to build their own campervan.

We’ve learned an enormous amount through designing and building dozens of vans, working with different vehicles, budgets, layouts, materials and off-grid systems. We’ve also seen first-hand how many decisions need to be made during a campervan build — and how costly the wrong decision can sometimes be.

Because when you’re building a campervan yourself, the build doesn’t just take time in the workshop. It takes an enormous amount of time trying to work out what to do in the first place.

You can spend hours disappearing down YouTube rabbit holes, trawling Google for conflicting advice, scrolling through community forums, comparing endless products and trying to work out whether the advice you’re reading actually applies to your van, your requirements and your budget.

And sometimes, after all that research, you’re still no closer to knowing what the right answer is.

That’s where we come in.

Rather than spending days trying to piece together the answers yourself, you can tap into years of practical, hands-on experience and get straightforward advice from people who have actually designed and built the systems and interiors you’re researching.

Our aim is simple: to save you time, reduce the hassle and help you make confident decisions before you spend your money or start cutting holes in your van.

We’re initially offering a limited number of places while we develop and trial this new service, allowing us to work closely with each client and make sure we’re creating something genuinely useful.

This isn’t about telling you how to build a campervan from a textbook — it’s about having access to people who have spent years actually building them.

Signature Builds

Alongside our bespoke client projects, we intentionally set aside time to create our own one-of-a-kind campervans — creatively driven builds that allow us to explore new ideas, refine evolving processes and craft something deeply considered from start to finish.

These projects are shaped entirely in-house, with every detail carefully curated around the way we believe a campervan should feel: warm, functional, inspiring and built for meaningful travel. They give us the freedom to experiment with new layouts, explore new products and materials, and push design ideas in new directions while staying true to the relaxed, timeless aesthetic that defines Nada Nook.

Every signature build is developed as its own individual concept — a unique van with its own character, purpose and story. While no two projects are ever the same, many sit within evolving collections and themes that continue to shape the Nada Nook design language over time, including the Unbound Collection and our vintage-inspired VW builds.

Previous signature builds including Sancho (Mercedes Vario 814D), Bracken (VW T6 High Top 4Motion LWB) and Coco (VW T4 Autosleeper) have gone on to become some of our most distinctive and sought-after projects.
