Right from our first meeting, it was clear that Alex and Leah were the real deal. They took time and care to understand what I was looking for in the build, listened to my ideas, but were also upfront with their own (better!) ideas based on their experience. This meant that we had a clear, shared understanding of the conversion. Their quote was detailed and transparent, and any increases were entirely down to me changing my mind about things. We kept in communication using WhatsApp all through the build, so I always felt up to date and included. The attention to detail in their craftsmanship was excellent, and it is clear that The Hills take great pride in their work. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.
