I cannot speak highly enough about Matchbox Conversions. From our first conversations through to sourcing the right van and the final handover of our beautiful conversion, the service was exceptional throughout.
Tom went above and beyond at every stage, helping us find a great van, recommending insurers, and guiding us through every decision so it genuinely suited our needs. He was always available to answer our many questions, which gave us real confidence throughout the process.
Tom and Adam were a pleasure to work with. They warmly welcomed us into the workshop and made us feel listened to, involved, and valued at every step. Their passion for what they do is obvious and really made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.
When we collected the van, they took the time to walk us through everything in detail, from the appliances and pop-top to the electrics and water systems. We were also touched by the thoughtful extras, including a bespoke drawer perfectly designed for cutlery and cooking items Tom sourced himself.
Tom’s attention to detail and experience really stand out, with clever, practical design choices that make excellent use of every inch of space. The van feels both luxurious and homely, and you can truly feel the pride and craftsmanship behind it.
