We chose Matchbox because we got the sense there were no off the shelf solutions, and we weren’t disappointed. Working with Tom and Annie was an absolute joy from start to finish. Tom is a real craftsman and incredibly creative both technically and visually so no challenge our brief or van presented was too much. It felt like a real partnership throughout, with ideas being met by solutions at every stage. We were a little nervous of Tom’s relative inexperice but those fears could not have been more unfounded. He is an incredible craftsman but also so technically proficient that every element of our van is both beautiful and practical. From the lighting to the hot water system, the flooring to the the bespoke blinds, it’s perfection.
Even the handover was great, with a station pick up, personal instruction manual and instant snagging, we can’t recommend Matchbox enough.
