Having to sell our beloved “Val” the van due to unforeseen circumstances. We have renovated her with the intention of being able to rent it out as a family campervan 2 adult berth and 2 child berth. There is a valid gas certificate with gas housed in separate compartment, current weighbridge certificate at 2740kg and a brand new maxxfan fitted in August. Also fitted with a solar panel and 2 leisure batteries so the van is fully off grid. Comes with 2 removable belted seats so will drive 5 safely.

The van comes with 2 removable belted seats that fit safely into the back but would advise buying foldable seats to drive 4/5 if planning to rent out.
Also, would benefit from tracking readjustment.
Since buying the van we have spent moneyy getting it professionally done up to a rentable position with confirmation this could be rented via sites like quirky campers. Also, keeping in mind the family market for 4 berth vans with belted seating for 5. Only needs furnishings to be done and this gives you the opportunity to personalise the van.

King size adult bed would comfortably sleep 2 adults over 6ft no needing to sleep curled up.
Space under bed converts into a cushioned second bed area that would comfortably sleep 2 children under 10 or 1 adult sleeping diagonally.
