Previously used by a private charity on a preventative maintenance scheme this bus has been well looked after. Bodywork is fibreglass panels on a box framed roll cage from Mellor Bluebird coach builders. The bus has an automatic gear box which makes it incredibly easy to drive for its size. Mot will be done before sale. Gross vehicle weight is 5 tonnes so you need to have the correct driving licence to drive this vehicle. The bus has recently has new injectors, clutch and robotic gear shifter done as well as new engine mount, front wishbones brake discs and pads.
Layout and conversion of the Bus has been done by an industrial designer and also gas safety expert. The fitout quality is very high and attention to detail has been the main objective. The bus was designed to be as comfortable as possible while being able to charge from the vehicles alternator, solar or mains power. The addition of an air conditioning system allows the vehicle to remain cool on campsites and the rear opening door and two roof vents make it ideal in terms of keeping cool.
The bus has been insulated between the roll cage with 40mm of Celotex and reflective membrane and the finishing materials have been largely oak and faux cream leather panels. A full size Ikea kitchen has a fridge sink and camper specific Thetford hob fitted. Huge amounts of draw space and the addition of a wine rack make for great entertaining.
A tall clothes storage locker means plenty of storage space and the double shower space with composting toilet means space to hang wetsuits after the beach. The toilet runs on coco husk which is very easy to store dry and prepare with a bit of water as needed.

The Bed is a king size bed lengthways but has been designed as a day bed in the other direction with a slightly angled head rest. This mean a fitted sheet for king size can be used to cover 3 of the 4 bed panels. The Panels are made by a yacht upholstery company in Bristol and are not just memory foam. The base layer is birch faced plywood with 3 inches of 33/190 density foam with 2 inches of 33/135 density foam laminated on top. Finally the panels are covered in Cristina Marrone Memphis faux leather cross stitched and with beige piping. The bed and banquet seating are extremely comfortable in either configuration.
