A brand new camper conversion! Fully off grid, all electric, no gas needed and fully insulated for year round holidays! A luxury, comfortable camper with lots of storage. Equipped with; 300w Renogy Solar Panels, Autoterm 4D Diesel blown air heater, 70L onboard Fiamma water tank, Bobil hybrid water heater for hot water from 230v, 12v or from air heating, Renogy Sine Wave 3000W inverter and charger, Renogy 50A DC-DC Charger and MPPT, Renogy ONE M1 controller for Bluetooth battery monitoring on your phone, Renogy 200ah lithium iron phosphate battery with Bluetooth.

The Outside:

There are 5 brand new Davanti all season tyres fitted for your peace of mind. There are 5 privacy tinted windows, 3 of them opening for great air flow inside. On the roof we have 3x 100w Renogy solar panels. At the rear concealed under the bumper is a 230v hook up point. A great feature of the outside is the Fiamma F80s, huge 4m wind out awning adding so much outdoor space come rain or shine! We have also included a rafter for extra stability in windy conditions.

The Inside:

Lounge Area:
Decorated with oak effect laminate flooring, painted pine wall T&G cladding and a real oak panelled feature wall oiled with osmo oil. There is a large comfy L-shape seating area positioned to make the most of the views from the sliding door, with 4 inch medium firm density foam bases and backs upholstered in a beautiful woven textured hard wearing fabric. The sofa also pulls out to give you a second single bed (168cm X 87cm). A floor plate is fitted for the dining table and there is a 230v covered plug socket.

Underneath the seating there is a very large lift up storage cupboard and 3 useful drawers as well as a large, 120kg capacity storage drawer with an oak worktop that pulls out of the van ideal for an outdoor kitchen! There is even more storage with a huge carpet lined over the cab shelf and a large wall cupboard with integrated touch dimmable lights.

There are custom made roll up thermal black out blinds to the cab wall and sliding door and thermal blackout lined curtains to the side.

Kitchen Area:
Continuing oak effect laminate flooring, painted pine ceiling cladding and a real oak splashback oiled with osmo oil. There is a floor level outlet vent from the Autoterm 4kw blown air heater and an oak step for the bed.

The kitchen is very practical with 2 base storage cupboards, 6 drawers and a wall cupboard with integrated touch dimmable lights, solid oak worktop, a very useful deep sink (40cm x 40cm x 20cm) with a hot and cold water mixer tap and a lift up additional worktop for extra space. It’s equipped with a 230v covered socket, 2 USB sockets, a Dometic CRX50 compressor fridge with freezer compartment and a further cupboard for the included Vango Sizzle induction hob with 2x 800w hotplates which is fully portable so that you have the convenience of cooking both indoors and outdoors.

On the kitchen wall cupboard you will find the switches for the Shurflo Trail King water pump and the fridge as well as the switch for the 3 touch dimmable ceiling lights.

On the opposite wall is a control panel with the Renogy One M1 controller for battery, solar and charging monitoring, the Autoterm Comfort Controller for heating and the Bobil Smart Controller for water heating as well as the controller for the Renogy Pure Sine Wave 3000W inverter and charger. There are also the switches for the toilet light and for the touch dimmable ceiling lights in the bedroom.

Toilet room:
The same oak effect laminate flooring and painted pine wall cladding is continued into the toilet room. There is a Thetford Porta Potti 565P complete with the floor plate to secure it in place, a full length acrylic mirror, storage shelves, toilet roll holder and 4 towel/ coat hooks.
There is also wall mounted storage here for the solid oak dining table, the table leg, the awning wind out handle and the awning rafter.

Bedroom Area:
There is a full size double bed with a brand new orthopaedic sprung and memory foam mattress for a great night’s sleep! The walls are clad in real oak wall panelling oiled with osmo oil for a lovely cosy feel, there is a small opening window to the side as well as fixed windows in the back doors all with thermal blackout blinds made to fit. For storage there are 3 large cupboards with shelves and lift up storage and there is also an oak bedside table and oak headboard shelf.
To each bedside there are poseable, dimmable reading lights, with integrated USB charging points, should you not want to have the 2 dimmable ceiling lights on.

Garage Area:
At the back doors you will find a hot and cold mixer shower as well as the water tank filler cap.

There is a large general storage area in the centre and to the left are access cupboards housing the 70L Fiamma water tank, the Bobil water heating system, the Shurflo water pump and the Autoterm 4D diesel heater.

On the right is a removable acrylic sliding door to the electrics cabinet with 12v fuse board, 230v consumer unit, Renogy DC-DC Charger and MPPT, Renogy Sine Wave 3000W inverter and charger and the Renogy 200ah Lithium iron phosphate battery, there is also an additional battery bay should you want to add an extra battery.
