Vehicle Description

Vehicle Description
Silver Peugeot Boxer L2H2 335 Professional in immaculate condition. 2.2d five gears manual transmission. Low mileage at 70,000.

The L2H2 Peugeot Boxer in our opinion makes the perfect sized campervan. It’s width allows a full sized mattress to fit width ways meaning there is plenty of room for a good sized kitchen and living area in a van that isn’t super long and difficult to park. This van is immaculate and has all the usual modern features – built-in sat nav, bluetooth and parking sensors.

Full service history and MOT due in July although we will put it through for you this month.

Beds Description
The seats in the dining area convert into a full sized double mattress measuring 190 cm x 135 cm and 12cm thick.

Hot water
Gas air heater with digital thermostat
Outdoor hot water shower
Roof fan with remote control

Power:
The van is powered by mains hook-up or if you are off-grid a 260AH AGM leisure battery. This is charged three ways: 250W roof mounted solar panel; the vehicle’s alternator when driving and mains hook-up when plugged in at a campsite.
This three way charging is intelligently managed by a Votronic VBCS triple charger with solar, charge and battery information displayed on a single wall mounted display.

Electrics:
A 240v circuit powers seven mains sockets and a Truma 14 Litre water heater. All mains sockets except the one in the boot also have double USB charing points. The 240v circuit is either powered via mains hook-up when plugged in at a campsite or via a 1000W inverter from the leisure battery if off-grid. An H Tronic MPC1000 automatically switches power to this circuit depending on whether you are plugged in or not. There is also a double USB charging socket which is powered directly from the 12v leisure battery.

Lighting:
The van is lit by three LED down lighters, two touch sensitive wall LED lights and an LED strip above the kitchen counter. All three sets of lights are controlled via one three gang switch in the middle of the living area.

Water:
Made to measure 66l fresh water and 50l waste water tanks are fitted underneath the van.

Kitchen:
Highly efficient Dometic CRE50 Compressor fridge with a freezer compartment
Dometic-Smev PI 8002 two burner gas hob
Dometic-Smev sink unit
Both hob and sink have matching black glass lids, adding style and maximising worktop space.

Hot water:
The hot water to the sink and the outdoor shower is heated by a Truma Electric Water Heater which holds 14 litres of water and takes 70 minutes to fully heat. It is so well insulated that once heated it loses only one degree of heat per hour.

Heating:
The campervan is heated by a Propex HS2000 gas heater which is controlled by a wall mounted digital thermostat. Gas to this heater and the two burner hobs is a via a 3.9kg Propane replaceable Calor Gas bottle which is fitted under the sink. All gas works were fitted and signed off by a gas safe engineer.

Windows and vents:
The van has two bonded windows on the drivers side. The window in the kitchen has an opening. A third window can be fitted in the sliding door if the buyer wishes. A MaxxAir Maxxfan Deluxe roof vent/fan is fitted in the roof above the kitchen and is controlled by a remote control. Air can either be drawn into the van or blown out and the vent automatically closes when it rains.

Outdoor shower:
The hot outdoor shower is situated in the boot and is perfect for short showers, warming up after a surf/swim or cleaning dogs!

Storage:
There are five wall cabinets, four kitchen drawers, a shelf above the cab, a large boot area and one side of the seating area, all free for storage.

Toilet:
A portable loo is not included but there are several storage options if you wanted to add one – in the corner cupboard under the worktop or in the boot area.

Materials and insulation:
The van wall panels are lined with vibration reducing sound deadening mats. The van is fully insulated with lambs wool. Lambs wool is non toxic and sustainable and has excellent thermal and sound insulation properties. A foil vapour barrier covers the lambs wool, the van walls and ceiling are clad with 8mm toungue and groove pine. Kitchen and dining areas are built with 15mm birch ply.

Bed:
The table leg is removed and stored and the tabletop forms the middle of the bed. The seats in the dining area combine to form a full sized double mattress. They are cut from a 12cm thick IKEA firm foam mattress which is very comfortable both as a seat and a bed.

Soft furnishings:
The seat cushions and covers have been custom made from flame retardant material. The blinds and curtains are made from 50% linen 50% cotton 200 g/sqm. They have been treated with flame retardant spray BS 5867.

The van was bought from a trusted local commercial vehicle dealership and is sold as seen. All campervan appliances have been bought brand new and are covered by manufacturer warranties with the exception in this van of the Sterling Pro 1000W inverter, which came with the van.
