Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

Big Bertha is a self built campervan made with love and to a high standard. Only selling due to a change of lifestyle and wanting a new van.
She is a 2.2 diesel 6 speed manual profesional model with a fuel economy of 34-35mpg without concern. Condition of engine and body work is very good, there are three small dents but otherwise bodywork good and as expected for the age, there is one larger dent on the rear left which is just cosmetic and not had a chance to get fixed yet hence the £2k price reduction). She has never let me down and has every bit of work done with no expense spared. She was an ex Peugeot lease who was also maintained by Peugeot which unfortunately I don’t have the service history of but since then she has been very regularly serviced. MOT has just been done and is clear with all advisory work completed. Mileage may increase slightly.

She has been used for full time off grid use throughout the year from the Scottish highlands in the middle of winter to France and Spain in the middle of summer and everywhere in between without a single problem both keeping cool and warm, the electrics has also never been a problem. She is fully sound deadened and insulated using sheep’s wool insulation without a sign of rust.

Cab-she has cruise control, air conditioning, sat nav, a tracker which will require a pay as you go sim card and a ghost immobiliser which means it requires a code to start the van. She also has a 12v socket from the leisure battery to the cab for dash cams and phone chargers. It is also fitted with a fixed towbar, electrics and rear parking sensors.

She has a full off grid set up with just some of the details:
Electrics- 290ah agm battery, Renogy 400w of solar, Renogy 2000w pure sine inverter, usb-c sockets, dimmable lights with reading lights, sterling battery to battery charger 60A and Victron battery monitor.
Water- 2x25L portable water containers which are completely sealed so won’t ever leak, underslung 50L waste water tank, shurflo 45psi pump and a Belfast sink.
Kitchen- 65L Webasto 12v fridge with freezer compartment, 8 drawers made from euro containers for easy packing, Thetford 2 burner top line hob, large gas locker including isolated and gas safe certificate.

Living- kildwick compost toilet, large amount of storage under bench seat, lagun table, 5 overhead cupboards, fixed double bed, cab overhead storage shelf, 4Kw Autoterm diesel heater which is plumbed into the main tank, skylight and maxxair fan. Large storage in the garage (under the bed) which was designed with bikes and surfboards up to 6ft in mind.

This is just a brief summary of the details which should you want anymore please feel free to ask. Also open to offers.
