This is going to be our first van build of 2025 its just had its pre build inspection and is about to go into the workshop to start its conversion. we’ve advertised it ahead of time so people can register interest or claim it as a custom commission and have it built to your own spec.
The final build price will be £28,000 – £32,000 depending on the spec and trim level that we go for. but if you had a higher or lower budget in mind we could potentially achieve that for you too.
Below is a preposed spec list and is subject to change or adjustment. We will update the full spec list, costing and have extensive photos and videos for the build process.
This base vehicle is a very nice low mileage example, having covered only 39,900 miles. It is an ex BT fleet vehicle so has been regularly serviced with a superb mot history (feel free to email if you’d like the registration so you can look it up on a vehicle history checker of your choice we generally use ‘”car analytics.co.uk” or “vehicle score.co.uk” to look up the history of vans when were looking to source)
It has the rare two single front seat option rather than the 3 seat set up with the passenger bench seat which allows us to do a “walk through” layout giving the van a more open and airy layout.
The bodywork of the van is in great condition, all of our vans are machined polished and waxed before going to their new homes, we also lanogaurd the underside of our vans which is an underbody treatment to prevent any rust issues in the future of the vehicle.
This van will come with a full 12month mot and engine service, upon purchase

This van has a fixed bed the the rear, its a full sized double memory foam mattress. measuring 190×130
