It has 12v 200H Expedition Plus Lead Carbon Gel Ultra Deep Cycle Battery installed in 03/05/24. 5 brand new Agilis Cross Climate Michelin tyres fitted 01/10/24 also new gear box and new clutch fitted 01/10/24.Apple car play DAB with reversing camera. 270W solar panel on roof with sun deck installed onto roof. Mains hook up with Victron converter. 20L LPG tank is underslung and you refill at LPG pumps. Thetford full oven with 3 rings hob/oven. 50L water tank in garage part of Campervan in rear with 47L underslung waste tank . Diesel tank in garage to power diesel heater manually or by remote control. Hand crafted wood burner. Datatool immobiliser and tracker installed,but you will need to renew subscription with Datatool on a yearly basis if required. Full double memory foam mattress very clean and a small single that converts from seating. Middle draw section pulls out to create a table. There are USB 12v phone charging points plus plug sockets and light switches are Victorian brass style. It has butler sink and rustic 300 year old solid oak worktop with brass tap . Overhead cupboards plus log store. The fridge is a 36L Delonda compressor fridge in draw that pulls out. The ceiling is pallet wood chevron pattern as a feature and pallet wood used to clad bulk-hood. LED lighting in ceiling recessed.New gas certificate will be renewed upon selling Campervan . Portable toilet in pull out draw under seating.Awning supplied as shown in photos. Campervan has been fully serviced since we required it . Campervan is in good condition. Only issue there is two worn out patches on floor of cabin drivers side ? Which was there when we bout the Campervan so with have put a new custom Citroen floor mat to cover and is not a issue. Full AA inspection is welcomed if required. Just to let you know I am 6ft 1 and I can sleep quite easily on the bed.
