Ford transit 100 T350 converted camper van 2006 New 12 months MOT. (MAY) Driven daily. 2/3 berth
A really lovely reliable easy to drive van with everything you need. Never let us down, always starts and drives well. Low mileage for age. (133550). 2500K spent on her in 12 months. Full service done 2 years ago, only driven approx 8000 miles since. Extensive welding work to chassis done this year in May, (£980) will be good for years to come. The body work is in pretty good shape It does have some smaller areas of surface rust and there is a dent near the cab of no real concern. Mechanically in sound condition. Recent tyres, brake pads, calliper, drop link new leisure battery replaced. Last year the brake pipes and ends, pas pipe, egr valve replaced. Doors have deadlocks for added security. Lots of service history. It was an ex fleet vehicle so was always well cared for mechanically, comes with tons of paperwork.
Lots of storage. sink with pumped water two ring gas hob and a bottle with plenty of gas left. A box fridge (can be kept on whilst travelling) all the cooking, dining and cleaning equipment you need. A portaloo tucked away in a dedicated cupboard with chemicals. A split charger, two leisure batteries. multi function spotlights and remote. Pop up fan/vent. A Tv/dvd combi. (Bunch of DVD’s) , USB/12v sockets. A brand new reversing/parking and security camera (not fitted). A portable fold out solar panel (never used)
The interior is very cosy and inviting. i think it was self converted by a previous owner, although it does have a sticker of a conversion company so i don’t know for sure. It doesn’t have a heater but it’s well insulated and we stayed in it all winter and managed well without. A table that fits between the seating for dining. (A bit tatty really easy fix) The seats can be made up into a very large and long comfortable bed. (My fiancé is over 6ft) The van has a full storage cover. A small fold out table and camping chairs complete with candle lanterns for alfresco dining. There is lots of black out fabric for the windows. Lots of other extras like tools jacks bulb kit, first aid kit small fire hydrant. European brakedown kit. (Required for European travel).
The cab is workmanlike but good. 2 seats but could have a double passenger seat added. Van is ready to go on an adventure. Just pack food bedding and yourselves and off you go. Sad sale. Selling to finance renovations on our property.
Looks like a very well done self build.
Bench seats convert to a very large long bed equivalent to super king size
