Thistle has 3 belted seats in the cab (including the driver) with proper headrests. There is also two belted seats in the living quarters which has been built using the highest safety standard chassis mounted frame. The living area has comfortable seating for 4 people around the dining table, making it perfect for families or small groups. The living space is genuinely sociable – you can easily fit everyone around the table for meals and games without feeling like sardines.
Thistle’s got a very robust electrical system. We’ve got solar panels feeding a large leisure battery, giving you constant off-grid power for extended adventures. Multiple USB charging points and standard 240v plug sockets throughout. The system handles laptops, phones, tablets, hair straighteners, the lot. We’ve also got hook-up capability if you’re staying on a site with electric, but the solar and battery setup means you can genuinely wild camp for days without worrying about power. You can run your devices, charge your kit, and still have power to spare.
Thistle sleeps up to 4 people – two adults and two children. The main living area converts into a double bed – simply pull out the table and rearrange the seating cushions. The main bed measures approximately 180cm by 145cm wide, perfect for two adults. There’s additional sleeping space (180 by 116cm) for adults or two children, making it ideal for families.
