This van has took us everywhere and never failed, never broken down. From the Scottish highlands, the lakes, the dales etc she powers up hills like a beast.
This is genuinely the best van I have ever driven and hasn’t ever shown signs of any issues.
Full service history
This van only had one previous owner before me, which was a company with their own onside garage and only dealt with Mercedes so it’s been really well looked after with full service history.

KITCHEN:
Cooking facilities includes a gas powered 2-ring hob (with 6kg propane bottle in a sealed gas box with drop out vent), as well as a 700w microwave
25L 12v compressor fridge – incredibly efficient
The worktop is made out of a range of 100% reclaimed timber, finished with a food safe oil to a beautiful standard. Even more worktop space available via the flip up table. The hardwoods around the perimeter of the worktop are of a really high quality durable wood, protecting the worktop from bumps and scrapes. This hardwood is used throughout the van around any areas of high use, built to last
The van also comes with brand new, unused plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery and utensils so you’re ready to set off and go.
Stainless steel sink that drains to the under slung water tank beneath the van, easy to drain.
Pull-down tap (clean off those pans really easy) with 30 PSI shurflo water pump with pressure switch, filter and accumulator to give really consistent good water pressure instantly as required
60L underslung fresh water tank, 55L underslung grey water tank.
CLEANING:
Want a shower without taking up half the room in the van? Just lift up part of the worktop to reveal the hidden shower/wet-room with a stainless steel bottom and duck board. With the same waterproof cladding using on the ceiling – its your mini spa! Simply raise the curtains and attach onto the hooks on the ceiling for your shower cubicle. Fill the shower tank with hot water and ready to go. The shower is ran off its own dedicated pump with great water pressure. The water from the shower runs off into the same under slung grey water tank as the sink. The van also comes with an unused toilet, still in the box.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The huge roof deck is the perfect spot to chill out after a long day and enjoy the beautiful surroundings (this is truly one of the highlights of this van, there is nothing like watching a sunset with 360 views – a couple of blankets and glasses of wine and its the perfect evening). The swing easily clips and unclips onto the side door, and gives you another unique way of experiencing your surroundings. You can also sit facing inwards to give a really comfy and quirky extra seat in the van. This, paired with swivel seats and the window seats really open up the space and is perfect for socialising.
The van is really well insulated with rigid foam board and recycled plastic insulation, and has vapour barrier throughout. It keeps cool in the summer and warm in the winter and with the fan, heater and two side windows you can make it really comfortable wherever you are.
This van has been converted to the highest standard and loved throughout our time having her. I will be so sad to see her go and only selling due to needing a smaller van now we arent living in her anymore. Truly has to be seen to appreciated. Any questions please contact.
