Cab:

For pet-owners, a sturdy attachment point has been added to keep them safe and secure as you drive.

Living Room:
Stepping through the main door, you enter into a spacious and modern living room with ample seating and custom foam cushions. Within each bench are versatile storage areas:
– The single bench seat has a compartment ideal for shoes and everyday items.
– The medium bench features a substantial storage space with a built in Yale safe to securely hold valuables, such as laptops and documents.
– The long bench houses the van’s water system with a 90L fresh water tank, SeaFlo water pump and accumulator, and Truma Combi 4e to provide hot water and warm air via heating ducts, as well as an LPG level indicator. There is also dedicated storage for all the appliance documentation used in this conversion.

The living room also includes two 240V plug sockets, allowing you to power your favourite devices and appliances. A Lagun swivel table with a beautiful oak tabletop serves as an adaptable hub for dining, remote working, or as an additional worktop space. The wall houses various control units, allowing easy-to-access management of climate, water heating, and ventilation, as well as a water level gauge, so you don’t unexpectedly run out. There are two opening windows and a MaxxAir fan at the rear, which together provide excellent ventilation throughout the space. The custom bulkhead features two sliding doors that separate the cab from the rest of the van, creating a cosy, private space that makes it feel more like home and less like a vehicle. Blackout curtains and a thermally insulated blind add privacy and insulation for cosy nights.

Kitchen:
The kitchen offers all the capability of your kitchen at home, with an 85L Seaflo fridge with freezer, Thetford Triplex oven and hob, and a Dometic extractor hood. The three-tiered pull-out pantry is perfect for storing food and drinks, while the large black stone sink gives it a modern feel. There’s also ample storage: overhead cabinets, an open shelf for easy access of everyday essentials, six drawers for utensils, a spacious under-sink cupboard which houses the bins and water filter, and an under-oven cupboard for pots and pans. For convenience, there are also two 240V plug sockets, allowing you to power many of your favourite kitchen appliances. Towards the rear of the kitchen is a full-length wardrobe, containing three spacious drawers, a rail for hanging clothes, a mirror, and a removable laundry basket.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is a spacious wet room with modern matt black shower fittings and a water-saving shower head. Built-in pump bottles hold shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner for easy access, while the MaxxAir fan above provides powerful steam extraction. A waterproof privacy screen separates the bathroom from the kitchen, and a shower curtain creates an enclosed shower area. The shower hose is also long enough to reach outdoors, ideal for rinsing off pets or equipment. The Simploo Nano toilet sits on heavy-duty runners and features a fan and external venting for odour control, and the bathroom includes additional storage and towel hooks for your convenience. The area can also serve as a drying room; there is a dedicated heating vent which can be isolated, providing a continuous flow of hot air as the extractor fan removes moisture.

Garage:
The spacious rear garage is fitted with rubber coin matting for durability, multiple attachment buckles for secure storage of items, and three netted baskets for smaller essentials. There is also an extra-long drawer beneath the toilet, providing ample space for storing tools or other equipment.

Exterior:
Perfect for off-grid adventures, this van is equipped with a 455W solar panel and a 50L underslung waste water tank with an easy-access release tap, along with a 30L LPG tank with a sill-mounted fill point.

Electrical System:
Built for extended off-grid use, this van’s high-spec electrical system includes a 280Ah Fogstar lithium leisure battery, Victron MPPT 100 | 30, Victron Multiplus 12 | 500 | 20, Victron Orion-Tr Smart 12 | 12 – 30, Victron Cerbo GX, and Victron Battery Protect. There is also a mains hookup point allowing you to connect to shore power if required. The conversion is completely insulated with Celotex PIR board and Polyester wool, ensuring the space remains warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There is a fully sealed vapour barrier between the insulation and walls of the build, preventing moisture accumulation within the insulation. The van is also sound deadened throughout with Dodo Mat sound deadening sheets. Supplied in the sale are an electric hookup cable, a food grade water refill hose, an LPG refill adaptor kit, a TVL pedal lock, and a set of thermally insulated black out window covers for the windscreen, cab windows, and two rear windows. There is also an integrated GPS tracker as an added layer of security.
