Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

I bought this van as a basic white van that had only ever delivered carpet for a living, and the owner kept it immaculate, theres not a mark on it, so a perfect base van for the one of a kind build we created.

The van has a 2.0 Euro 6 engine which is ULEZ compliant and starts on the button, for security it has a secret immobilizer, which without knowing the trick, you simply can’t start it! It also has a reversing camera installed (essential, in my opinion, for a van of this length).

The front cabin has a fully bespoke carpet fitted to give it a luxury feeling in the front.

The van has a spare wheel undermounted at the rear so doesn’t take up much room, and 4x van rated alloy wheels with good tyres all round.
The van also has a tow bar on the rear should you want to tow a trailer or take your bikes on holiday.

Beds Description
Rear fixed double bed – the mattress hasn’t even been ordered yet so you can add your own or I can help spec one for you.
Conversion Description
This is a 2018 Peugeot Boxer LWB (L3 H2) with only 42,000 miles on the clock that has been professionally converted into my dream adventure campervan.

—Design
The van was designed so that, once inside, it feels like a high class little apartment, with the Bamboo worktop and table matching the bamboo cupboard doors above, and the bamboo drawer fronts, it all goes together in a coherent theme.
The level of craftsmanship is generally extremely high. There are plenty of areas where real thought was put in to provide a more pleasurable experience when using the van.
This was designed to be able to go off grid for a number of days – there is a 295W solar panel on the roof, with two 130aH leisure batteries that are also charged as you drive along, you’ll do well to run out of power.
To give you an idea of how “off-grid” or “self-sustaining” this van is, one person living in it full-time during any season would be able to have a good week with short showers, whilst Gas (for cooking and hot water) and diesel (for heating) last months, whilst the enormous solar panel will keep the battery full in any season
.
—Features: Utilities
3.7m Awning on the side with an LED outside light – an absolute must for creating more space outside when it shines and when it rains
90L fresh water tank, mounted under the van for extra storage space
60L grey water tank, also undermounted.
Gas Locker for 6kg Butane mounted in the boot
Diesel air heater plumbed into the main tank Provides warm air to the main living space, the bathroom (great for drying wet clothes) and garage (it’s too big to call it a boot).
Gas and Electric powered hot water heater
Integrated Microwave for use when hooked up.
295W Solar panel combined with…
260AH battery
Intelligent switch relay system so that the starter battery can charge the leisure battery, and vice versa
Victron SmartSolar 20A 100V MPPT Solar Charge Controller – This has Bluetooth so you can monitor your battery and panels from your phone, and easily see historic trends as well as which appliances as using the most battery
50L Compressor Fridge – very efficient and runs off the 12v system.
2 Burner Gas Hob and sink with hot and cold water – with glass top you can close and use for chopping space.
The bathroom has a stunning marble-effect finish. Inside you’ll find the shower and toilet with an electric flush cassette toilet. This has a tank big enough for a couple to use for a good long weekend.
Quick charging USB plugs in living area and bed area. There are also standard 12v car ports in the living area.
I also have all the original manuals for the utilities listed above, as well as being able to advise you on them myself.
—Campervan Features
Insulated to the brim. Every wall, ceiling, floor and door has between 4 and 10cm of insulation, hydrophobic recycled bottle insulation. We went to great lengths to ensure there are no spots where hot air could escape too easily.
Sound proofing – the walls, ceiling and doors of the van (including in the front cabin) have sound-deadening mats applied to them. When you’re in the back of the van, in particular, it’s really quite quiet.
Leak-proof. Before any insulation was installed, I took off all the bumper panels and filled the plug holes with silicone to future-proof against possible leaks.
Opening double glazed camper windows in the sides – these open out so rain can’t get in but you can still have ventilation – they also have blinds and fly nets so you can get air in those hot summer months without getting the bugs in!
Massive Skylight at the front so the living area has lots of nice natural light, combined with an electric MaxxFan at the rear, to give you all the ventilation needed on hot nights in the summer.

The van has two gorgeous reading lights by the bed. These are on flexible stems and can be rotated 360° and individually controlled so you don’t have to get out of bed to turn them off/on.
The matching bamboo table can be slid forwards and backwards. It can also be removed entirely.
All the cupboards are custom made to fit the area. There are a total of three wide overhead cupboards, some of which are really deep. These are all easily opened and supported thanks to hydraulic struts. All of the cupboards have LED strip lighting to give a really nice soft glow to them.
There are also three big deep drawers in the kitchen for storage and a good sized locker under the microwave.
More storage! The van really has an incredible amount of storage, I’ve never managed to fill it. On top of what’s already been mentioned, there is a very large storage area above the cabin area, accessed from the living area. This has been carefully carpeted on all sides.
There is also a large storage space under the double seats.
Even with all of the above mentioned, the largest storage space is of course the garage/boot which has loads of room for all your camping gear.
The ceiling is stained pine. The elongated strips give a great sense of depth and space, and they match the bamboo countertops and floor.

—Summary
This van has huge rental potential too, as I frequently get asked by friends and strangers on the road if they can rent it. Having looked into it briefly, it would command around £100/day (with most people wanting to book for one week) from spring through to late autumn.
As the designer of this van, I’d be happy to supply a warranty for the build itself for 6 months, I know it like the back of my hand and would love to ensure its new owners get the most out of it.
Thanks for reading 🙂
