Rosie is your home away from home on wheels! A unique self-converted Mercedes Benz sprinter 313CDI MWB campervan which sleeps 2-3 and can be run completely off grid for weeks at a time! Not only is this van practical and comes with everything you could need for you dream camper break, she’s also beautifully built and aesthetically pleasing – the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring….you’ll be the envy of the campsite!
She’s in great condition and we are very sad to be selling her but we have just had a baby and she isn’t being used enough — we would love her to go to a good home and go on some more adventures!

She boasts the following features:
– Large solar panels that allow you to run all appliances without having to plug in at an official campsite – perfect for off-grid adventures. We have owned her for 4 years and have not yet needed to plug her in…even on our 8 week long trip!
– 2 large sofas that convert into an enormous bed to sleep up to 3 people (can be slept in lengthways along van with option to add in an extra footstool for the ultimate comfy sleep for those with extra long legs!!). The cushions are made to measure, water resistant and can be easily zipped off and are machine washable. The mattress has a memory foam topper for ultimate comfort!
– Easy to use 2 hob gas stove, ceramic sink with 12V water pump and waste water tank atop a made to measure solid oak wooden worktop
– 12V fridge, 12 USB charging slots, 2x 240V plugs, 5 touch dimmable LED lights and 2 reading lights
– Plenty of storage for your belongings
– Sky roof and side window to allow ventilation and let the rays in
We lovingly hand-converted Rosie in 2022, all done ourselves with the exception of the side window, electrics which were done professionally by @campervanhub, the gas pipe was also professionally installed and checked by an engineer.
Furniture and storage was made-to-measure by hand and includes:
1. A beautiful L-shaped kitchen with an oak worktop that was hand stained and treated with Danish oil regularly, 2 cupboards each with a shelf in and 2 drawers above them.
2. Faux-ceramic square sink with fully functioning tap using 12V water pump. 3 x large water storage tanks included (2 for clean water, one for waste).
3. 2 x gas hob stove supplied by gas canister in sealed container with gas drop out system under kitchen unit. Gas safe certificate approved.
4. 6 spacious, sturdy wall cupboards with internal clips to ensure they don’t open whilst driving.
5. 2 extra-large bench storage areas with hydraulic opening for ease of use.
6. Side widow driver side, above hob (professionally fitted) with sliding opening
7. Roof light with black out blinds, rain safe opening to aid ventilation
Rosie has extensive and luxurious electrics including:

The bed is 2 benches that converts to a slightly wider than super king bed (perfect for 2 adults and a small child – tried and tested!). It uses wooden planks that can be easily slotted into place between the benches and the backs of the sofa cushions used to complete the extra large mattress.
Bed cushions are made from memory foam mattress so they’re super comfy and have made to measure zip off covers that are machine washable.
We also have the added addition to make the bed longer on one side if you’re super tall like my husband! (see pics)
