This is my recently converted van, I’ve owned this for nearly 2 years and carried out the build and holidayed in it over that time (it’s the 5th camper I’ve owned/converted). I’m putting it up for sale to try to a 5 ton vehicle.

Lovely compact size, would suit a less confident or solo traveller. Fits nicely in a parking space and super easy to drive.
U Shaped seating area with removable table and leg, which converts nicely into double bed (lovely to lie in bed with the back doors open!)

Kitchen area with funky hand made copper sink and hot running water, vintage calor gas oven / hob, and super efficient alpicool fridge freezer. Even has a dedicated bin/recycling drawer, so no more carrier bag rolling around on the floor.

Tidy little woodburner, with glass in the side to keep it nice and cosy on those winter trips. Draw underneath to store wood and fire lighting equipment, keeping all the mess out of sight.

Small cubicle with shower and chemical toilet. The toilet lifts out to give more showering space. Although if you’re of a large build, you won’t be fitting in there very easily.
220litre of onboard water storage, so no constant looking for a fill up. Plenty of water for a week on the road with showers. Shurflo trailking 30psi water pump.

Above the bed is an 80x80cm custom made opening double glazed skylight. Perfect for a bit of star gazing or letting the heat out on hot days. The van has curtains all around and thermal blinds for the front windows and skylight.

Plenty of storage space all around. Under the seats are 3 large drawers, easy to access stuff at the back. Above the cab is a large shelf that takes the bedding nicely. Accessed from the back doors is a fully carpeted garage area, big enough to take two mountain bikes with the wheels removed. The carpet also helps keep any rattles down, and avoid scratches.

Up top is a full length custom made roofrack, to house the solar panel, protect the skylight from damage and take a couple of surfboards etc.

Professionally installed electrical system consisting of, 285w solar panel, tracer MPPT controller with display, all safely fused and neat. 260ah of good quality AGM battery. Split charge system from engine battery with voltage sensing relay. 12v DC LED strip lights in the corners of the van, complete with dimmable reading lights.

Van is available to view in either Coventry or Bourne (PE10) with arrangement.
