At Matchbox Conversions, we handcraft bespoke campervan conversions from our workshop in the rolling hills of Dorset. We’re a small team of three, Tom, Hollie and Adam, who share a passion for the outdoors and building campervans that encourage people to get out and explore.

Every van is built with adventure in mind, combining thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and practical features that make life on the road simple and enjoyable. Our focus is on creating comfortable, off-grid ready campervans that feel just as at home on a mountain road as they do at the coast.

Over the years, we’ve continued to refine our layouts using feedback from our customers and our own experience travelling and living in campervans. It’s this constant attention to detail that has shaped the vans we build today, with clever storage, practical kitchens, comfortable living spaces and everything you need to enjoy life on the road.

For medium vans, we offer our signature Odyssey and Odyssey Max layouts, both designed to make the most of every inch of space without compromising on comfort. For larger vans, our Nova range offers more room to spread out while keeping the same practical, adventure-focused design.

We’re also excited to be launching our new Voyager layout. Built around a versatile rock and roll bed, it’s designed for families, everyday use and weekend adventures, giving you a flexible campervan that’s just as practical during the week as it is when you’re heading away.

As a small team, you’ll deal directly with the people building your van from your first enquiry through to handover. Whether you’re choosing one of our signature layouts or a completely bespoke build, we’ll work closely with you to create a campervan that suits the way you travel.
